• Personal Data: When you register, we collect your name, and either a phone number or email address for authentication and communication purposes. This is stored securely by Firebase Authentication and in our Firestore database.
• Calculation & History Data: We securely save a record of each calculation to our Firestore database. This record includes your user ID, name, the coordinates you provided, the calculation results, and any payment details. This allows you to access your calculation history from any device you log into. This data is also accessible by administrators for support and application monitoring purposes.
• Event Data: We log key user events, such as logins and payment status, to our secure Firestore database. This information helps administrators monitor application health and diagnose issues.
• Payment Data: To process payments, we use Razorpay. We receive transaction confirmation details but do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• Automated Extraction & Communication Data: If you use our automated features (e.g., photo extraction, WhatsApp bot), the images or messages you send are processed by our service provider (Google) to perform the requested service. For administrative debugging purposes, uploaded photos may be stored temporarily.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide the core calculation and PDF reporting services.
• Enable automated features.
• Process payments for our services.
• Communicate with you, including sending OTPs and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain a secure, server-side calculation history for your convenience.
• Monitor application performance and user activity for administrative purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our application:

• Firebase: For user authentication, database, and hosting.
• Google Cloud (Gemini & Maps): For automated features and map visualizations.
• Razorpay: For secure payment processing.
• WhatsApp (via Meta): If you interact with our WhatsApp bot.

These services have their own privacy policies, and we recommend you review them.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
